Did I break something?

I get an error saying "Failed creating mastering voice"
And the music stops.
Did I break something? Can I fix this.

That error is xaudio which is made by Microsoft can't talk to the soundcard.
There should be an xaudio DLL in the tuniac installation folder.
Older versions of tuniac installed a direct x SDK which installed the xaudio DLL in to the windows folder.
You could try:
-Reinstalling tuniac if the DLL is missing.
-Restart your PC to see if that makes windows happy again
-check your soundcard drivers are installed and working etc

Also did the problem start after any specific change you made?
Eg did it start after updating tuniac?
Does sound initially play and then stop at some random point or when you start tuniac it never plays sound now?
