After installing and trying to launch I get:
The procedure entry point __telemetry_main_invoke_trigger could not be located in the dynamic link library VCRUNTIME140.dll.

Re: While I wait for SourceForge outage to end
Everything seems to work fine here!
Installed 64bit Tuniac onto Win7, installer downloaded and installed VS 2015 redist ok.
Btw, did you ever consider github instead of sourceforge? More and more projects move to github these days.

Tuniac in old times
Found an old screenshot of Tuniac. File modified says early 2005
Tuniac has really turned into a great music player since then.
It's something I use every day, and I'm very thankful to Brett and the older developers

Re: Scroll wrong after minimize
For me it would be better / good enough to not actually do any scrolling while minimized then.
So when Tuniac is minimized, "follow current song" is disabled.

Scroll wrong after minimize
If Tuniac changes song while Tuniac is minimized, the scroll will be wrong when you bring it back. Reproduce: 1. Start a song and seek to almost the end 2. Minimize Tuniac and wait for the next song 3. Open up Tuniac again, and the active song will be 3 rows outside (above) the scrolled area I think...

Re: Instant Messaging
Skype seems quite frequently used here (Sweden) as instant messaging, not just for calls.

Re: Improving streaming in Tuniac
I looked a bit at BASS and how to do this, but eventually figured that this wouldn't work well for the general case. For example in the case of VBR mp3s, you don't know exactly where to seek... too bad. Maybe some other approach, where it downloads the file anyway and some indication in the seek bar...

Improving streaming in Tuniac
I've been looking into improving streaming a bit in Tuniac, and as a first step I've looked at making streamed mp3s over http seekable. Started out looking at TuniacHTTPFileIO, and found that adding seek support here would be quite straight forward. Basically: Check if server supports partial retrie...

ZoNi:
What would portability mean for Tuniac apart from not using the registry? Relative paths in the media library?
